The Site is a Technical Interview Preparation Site and aims to help prospective data engineers, data analysts, data scientists and ML engineers prepare for technical interviews. DataInterview reserves the right to monitor for unusual account activity indicative of credential sharing, including but not limited to simultaneous logins from multiple locations or devices. If DataInterview determines, in its sole discretion, that your account credentials are being shared or misused, DataInterview may immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund or prior notice.
DataInterview does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen.

All courses, lessons, interview questions, coding problems, solutions, explanations, and other educational materials available through the Site (collectively, "Course Content") are licensed to you, not sold. Your subscription or purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Course Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Course Content. You may not share, forward, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise distribute Course Content to any person who has not independently purchased access to such content. This license terminates automatically upon expiration or termination of your account or subscription.
The Site may include community features such as discussion forums, comment sections, posts, success stories, and other interactive areas (collectively, "Community Features"). By using the Community Features, you agree to the following:

DataInterview reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any user from the Community Features for any violation of these guidelines or for any other reason. Violations of the anti-solicitation and anti-spam provisions may result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. DataInterview has no obligation to monitor Community Features but reserves the right to do so.
User Content License. By posting content to the Community Features, you grant DataInterview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Site and DataInterview's business. You retain ownership of your original content, but this license survives termination of your account. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
DataInterview does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to the Site (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to the DataInterview Site (collectively "Submissions"). DataInterview offers subscription-based access to certain content and features on the Site. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Recurring Charges. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize DataInterview to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting DataInterview at contact@datainterview.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription content until the end of the period for which you have already paid. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Price Changes. DataInterview reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If the price of your subscription increases, DataInterview will notify you in advance. Your continued use of the Site after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.
Free Trials. If DataInterview offers a free trial, you may be required to provide payment information. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
By using the DataInterview Mock Interview feature ("MI"), you agree to the following terms:
MI is provided as is, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataInterview and any other person or entity associated with MI's operation shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, of any kind whatsoever, arising from the use of MI.

DataInterview does not guarantee that use of the Site, completion of any course, bootcamp, or coaching session, or any other interaction with DataInterview's products or services will result in a job offer, interview invitation, salary increase, promotion, or any other employment outcome. All testimonials, success stories, and outcomes shared on the Site are individual results and are not indicative of future performance. Your success depends on many factors outside of DataInterview's control, including your own effort, qualifications, market conditions, and employer decisions.
The DataInterview Affiliate program offers you the opportunity to become an DataInterview Affiliate. To request to become an DataInterview Affiliate, you must provide an email address (this email address, which should be associated with your PayPal account, is used solely to send you payouts), at which point DataInterview may or may not approve your request to become an Affiliate. If approved, DataInterview will give you a unique promo code that allows you to make a percentage of every DataInterview sale that uses your promo code. DataInterview reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the discount that your promo code provides as well as the percentage cut that you make from each sale and to terminate your affiliateship at any time and for any reason.
DataInterview respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to DataInterview's designated agent at contact@datainterview.com. Your notice must include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (b) identification of the material on the Site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for DataInterview to locate it; (c) your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address); (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. DataInterview reserves the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by DataInterview from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the DataInterview Content accessed through the Site in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

DataInterview reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Upon termination, your license to access and use the Site and all Course Content immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, indemnification, liability disclaimers, and the injunctive relief provision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DataInterview as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. DataInterview's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of DataInterview's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by DataInterview with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and DataInterview with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and DataInterview with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
DataInterview reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. DataInterview encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
