Generating the Label

In the case of Glassdoor, the system uses give-to-get model to enforce users to submit their current (or past) salary data if they want to view the salary of a particular profession. In the submission form, the user has to provide data about their job title, pay, and other vital attributes such as employer name, location and such. These salary data could be used to generate the labels.
